We welcome payments from PayPal Accounts and reserve the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified Paypal account is registered with.


First-Time Client
For Credit Card and Paypal payments himerosjewelry.com can request the Bank or Paypal to double-check the transaction and the account information. This verification process will delay immediate shipping.


We also reserve the right to ship the order only to the Billing Address.


Order Update
We remind the customer once an order is placed for available items that no changes can be made to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

Prices and currency
Published prices and final invoices are in Euro.


To help clients approximate the Euro values in their local currency, the website has a currency converter feature. Final credit card and PayPal debited amounts may vary based on currency fluctuations and bank commissions

Prices

  • Prices are valid from the time the order was sent.

  • Prices are valid in the case of payment with the above-mentioned methods of payment under the above-mentioned conditions.

  • In the event that the price of the product changes during processing the order, the provider shall inform the customer thereof.


Purchase procedure


1. Pending order
After placing an order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order was accepted in the queue. At this stage, the buyer has the possibility to cancel the order within 1 hour.


2. Confirmed order
Within two to 48 hours of getting the order, the provider reviews it, checks availability and confirms the order or refuses it with a reason. The provider reserves the right to contact the customer, if necessary, with the given contact information. At the time of the order confirmation, the provider informs the customer of the expected time of delivery by e-mail. The contract to purchase the ordered products between the customer and the provider is irrevocably concluded at this stage.


3. Dispatched goods
Within the promised deadline the provider packs the goods, dispatches them and notifies the buyer by e-mail or phone.

 

The right to withdraw from the purchase and the return of goods

Please read our Shipping, Returns & Refund section. In order for products to be eligible for a return, they must be unused, undamaged, in original and unopened packaging. The provider returns the entire purchase price excluding postage costs within 30 days after receiving the returned goods. The provider is not obliged to accept cash on delivery shipments or shipments that do not meet the provider's general conditions.

Refund
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted.
Orders paid by PayPal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.

Return Terms and Conditions
Items must still be in sealed unopened original packaging. Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer. Please contact us at info@himerosjewelry.com if you want to return your item.

Himerosjewelry.com reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return.


Pick-ups for all authorized returns with himerosjewelry.com's courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment. In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, himerosjewelry.com reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email.


himerosjewelry.com reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the European normative for long-distance commerce prevails.

Delivery
The provider must deliver the goods or services in the promised time, which is indirectly dependent on the delivery performer. Expected delivery time is stated in the Shipping category, sometimes due to special circumstances maybe even longer. In the event that you do not receive the package within 14 working days, please contact us at info@himerosjewelr.com.

Shipment Information
As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports orders are shipped out of Ljubljana - Slovenia with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in EURO.

Successful Shipment Delivery
Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. Himerosjewelry.com packages are carefully sealed in a cardboard box

.
If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact us.


If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client's address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the himerosjewelry.com commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Slovenia at the Client's expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Slovenia. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

Shipment Insurance
Our shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.

Absolution of responsibility
The provider shall in the best effort assure that the information published on the website is up-to-date and accurate. However, the characteristics of products, their availability and price change so rapidly that the provider fails to correct the information on the Internet. In this case, the provider informs the customer of changes and enables them the cancellation of the contract or the replacement of the ordered product.


The provider is not responsible for the content of views on items that visitors write. The provider checks the opinions before their publication and rejects those that contain obvious false, misleading or offensive information. The provider is not responsible for the information and opinions and is absolved of any liability arising from the information in the opinions.

SHIPPING INFO

We are shipping worldwide and use different shipping carriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS, DPD, Pošta Slovenije etc).

 

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time varies for different countries. If you did not receive your package in 14 work days, please contact us.

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free shipping for all orders over $400. For all orders under $400, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

PACKAGING

We use discrete cardboard packaging that does not reveal the content of the package.

PROCESSING TIME AND ORDER TRACKING

All orders are usually processed within 48 hours. There might be a longer delay if we are experiencing a larger number of orders. Please allow an additional day or two in such cases. Once your order was shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

DAMAGES

Himerosjewelry.com is not liable for any damages or lost packages by the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipment carrier to resolve the problem. In that event also contact us, so we can help in whichever way we can.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International customers outside EU are responsible for all import/customs/local tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package.
